What is Pilates?

What is Strength Training?

Strength training involves using various tools such as dumbbells, body weight exercises, and resistance bands to enhance muscular strength and endurance. Dumbbells provide external resistance, body weight exercises leverage one's own weight, and resistance bands add variable tension, creating a versatile and effective strength training regimen. Do I need to do privates before taking classes?

Private lessons are highly recommended but not required. It is to provide personalized attention, ensuring proper form, foundational understanding of verbiage, and a strong start to your Pilates journey.

Is there an app to book classes?

Yes there is!

  1. Download ‘EjMad Fit’ App on Appstore or Playstore

  2. Register an Account and toggle through your own menu bar!

  3. You are all done!

What is the Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel anytime before 12 hours from the start of your session with no penalty and no lost credits. Anything within the 12 hours will result in a full cancellation fee.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive within 5-10 mins before your class begins so that we can ensure the class starts on time.

What should I wear?

For Pilates,

  • Comfortable/ Form Fitting Athletic Wear

  • Supportive Tops and Fitted Shirts (avoid overly loose or baggy clothing)

  • Grippy Socks

For Strength Training,

  • Comfortable/ Form Fitting Athletic Wear

  • Supportive Tops and Fitted Shirts (avoid overly loose or baggy clothing)

  • Athletic Shoes Required

What is a Monthly (Recurring) Subscription?

  • Gives you access to all classes on the lowest-per class rate

  • Reserves a spot in a class on a recurring standpoint

  • Automatic Monthly Payment on billing date (CC on file)

  • Unused Classes will not rollover

  • You can cancel Subscription anytime as long as it is before your billing date

Can I book in advance to Classes?

If you have a package, you can book 30 days in advance.
